Ok, so now that I finally got Kujacker’s Griffin, and am far from collecting one from everyone who will paint one in trade for me, I am going to post a “PYO Griffin Army” pic. 😆 (And a single of Kujacker’s, even though it isn’t any better than his pics. 😉 )
My Griffin army…
In order from front to back:
“Phantom Mist” – Kujacker
“Sunspot” – Fauxbird
“UnNamed” – Fauxbird (Still thinking of it)
“Plum Starling” – Dragonmedly
“Midnight Frost” – Frozendragon
“Emerthyst” – Emerald212
The final 3 are by me:
“Tempesta Dell’Oceano”
“Black Griffin”
“Sylvester”
And, here is the other pic I took of Kujacker’s Griffin. It is so much prettier in person! The interference paints are absolutely wonderful!
I have 3 more trades on the table currently. One I have a long time to work on, and the others, I am trying to work fast on, but not too fast! 😉 (I just don’t wanna screw up! 😳 )
This is the one currently farthest ahead in progress…About 1/3 done now. She has had more done to her since this photo.(So far, she has been going by the name of “Jewel”)
I spot 31. Of course, it’s been a week since I’ve stared at a computer screen, so my eyes haven’t adjusted yet! 😆 Nice collection, GB!!
WC, nice griffin army! With those, you could take over the world any time of day! The in-progress pic is nice, too! Gosh, I missed this forum!!! 😀
WSC, I had no idea you’d painted so many griffins!!! How long did it take you to paint all of the swaps to go with those??? I think you’re our most prolific griffin painter!!! 😀
Between 100 and 120 hours Star. 😯 I did buy the Sunspot off of ebay, so he wasn’t a trade. 😉 If you include the 3 I kept it would have been closer to 160 hours. I didn’t paint Griffs for everyone though. Frozen got a Griff, Emerald has Sunny now, but he was for the first swap I was in, for Spark(and I got a Griff from Emerald for the swap with Sunny in it) 😀 . Fauxbird got a Ki-Rin, Kujacker got a Ki-Rin, Ski got the Dragon, and I got the Plum Starling from Dragonmedley for the most recent swap. I will be sending out DragonessJade’s dragon to her tomorrow, and I will get another Griff from her. 😀 I am having a blast with trades I do have to admit that! 😆

look at all those griffens! that is actualy next on my list to paint is another griffin. lol, i’ve been neglecting them.
those are some very pretty griffs.Yes, Travistie, she will be headed off to someone when she is done. 😀 But, as there won’t be another EXACTLY like her, there is an opportunity for me to use the same paint, since I can never mix “just a little bit”, I am horrible at judging it when I need a little, but I always have use for more if I like the color. 😀

Jasmine, yes I will post her in my thread (PYO section that is) when she is finished and her new Mommy has her. 😀 But, unless her new owner wants to see her before she is done, I won’t be posting any more pics until after she is finished and home. 🙂 (Some people like surprises. 😆 I am just not one of them! LOL)
Koiishi, I have only seen one Griffin from you out there…Maybe I am slacking. 😕 I think if your Griffins end up half as pretty as your dragons, that I will end up drooling on the photos of it too. 😆 😳
I am in essence trying to do the same thing as DragonessJade with her dragons, I would like to be able to collect a Griffin from everyone on the forum who is willing to trade me. I can’t always afford to buy some of the better painter’s works though. 🙁 (I have a hard time affording the OW’s and whatnot on the LP’s! 🙄 )
