Shoutout to Susie

I think we all appreciate Susie and how hard she works on taking care of the orders and – heaven help her – the grab bags. But I recently had an issue with an order (through no fault of Windstone), that was very frustrating and worrisome to me. But through Susie’s help my issue was completely resolved and I wanted to make a public thank you for all the time and trouble Susie went through to resolve it for me. Others have said it before, but there is a definite feeling of connection between the people at Windstone and us – the obsessed collectors. There is a community and Susie is a HUGE part of that because, bless her heart, she is the first point of contact whenever there is a problem and that is not a fun place to be. So thank you Susie – you are much appreciated.
