I wanted to ask if the shipping process to the EU has improved in recent years? My last order was a while ago (2013), and I had problems with customs. There were problems because it wasn’t clear what type of product it was and how much it was worth.
Hello Sandra! I make most of the shipping labels for our international packages and the US Postal Service label includes a customs form that shows the HS Code and value of the contents of the package. Back in 2013 it may not have included that information. We ship to most countries and I have not heard of any problems recently concerning customs clearance however there may be more fees and taxes to pay when you receive your package. You might find out about those by contacting your country’s postal service.
