Depending on the ordinances, generally, if a tree or the like is causing damage to your property, you have the right to request that damages be repaired and the offending tree be trimmed/removed, especially if it overhangs. Again, it depends on where and local ordinances, but this is actually pretty common.

I do agree that you should sue for the damage. Its his tree so he is responsible for it. Its the same as if his dog had bit somebody. Im sorry about your sale and I wish I could help.
Sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to everyone. I’ve been working lotsa overtime the past two days and I have another 12 hour day today! BLAH! Thankyou to everyone for all the warm sympathies.
As for my roommate, it was my boyfriend. I live in a huge 3 bedroom, two family and he just kind of up and vanished one day after we decided we could be adult enough to end our relationship but still remain friends. *shrug* Oh well, so now I’m on a roommate hunt. My mortgage isn’t due for a few weeks so I have time to save. Plus my sister will help out if she has to.
So yea, I need everyones help for a second though. Does anyone know what the coiled mother is worth??? I kind of forget. I’ve been really scatterbrained with this whole thing and I can’t remember exactly what I should be asking.
Oh ad as far as PYOs go so far I still dont know for sure what’s on the chopping block but I will tomorrow. I’m thinking at the very least I have a few griffins I can part with.
OKay, so that’s the update. Thanks everyone so much for the advise and such and I hope SOON I’ll be able to rejoin the online Windstone society!!! LOL! I plan to start painting again really soon! I actually have a killer repaint in the works right now if I can ever finish it! haha!

There have been 9 mint coiled mothers in peacock on eBay since Oct. 2006. Low price was $118.05, high was $299.99. The average of all 9 prices: $219.05
With the average, I would be leary of selling the coiled mother for less than $200, especially if she is mint.
Sorry to hear about the boy. If you have something in writing about him paying rent, then you have something (at least potentially) legally binding. If not, you’d be hard pressed to do anything about him leaving you holding the rent.
