Yeah, I suppose that would bug me. These guys have not met the reserve yet, so in this case, it does not matter. Im bidding on something right now that some other bidder keeps upping by $5. It isnt a new Ebayer, either, so it looks very suspicious to me. I think it may be a friend of the seller just upping the price. I have adjusted my bid to screw him, though, if thats whats going on. 😈
January 5, 2007 at 4:16 pm #523637Good luck!

Does UPS not ship to where you are?

I brought it to their attention kind of. I asked if they had better pictures yesterday. They replied yesterday and said that they would have better pictures last night or today.
January 5, 2007 at 6:01 pm #523640it looks like someone might get a GREAT deal as long as they get shipped correctly
January 5, 2007 at 7:31 pm #523641Well if it goes for less than $800, it WILL be a bargain! I added up the retail for the pieces, and for the dragons alone, it came to $813. I have no idea what the wizzard is worth. But even say $100 for him, that puts it at $913 before shipping.
January 5, 2007 at 7:58 pm #523642Hardly anything goes for retail, though 🙁 I would not think $800 as a bargain. Ouch. I will be surprised if this goes over $500.
MIMI: No, UPS will not ship to me, since it goes through military mail from NY.
January 5, 2007 at 8:03 pm #523643Ah, I see…
January 6, 2007 at 2:08 am #523644I think it would be a bargian at $1000
January 6, 2007 at 5:02 am #523645When retail it’s about $950 and all those dragons are still available in stores? Yeah right.
January 6, 2007 at 5:18 am #523646I’d call $1000 for that an okay price, but NOT a bargain or a deal! A bargain would be if it went for under $500. And I still wouldn’t get them, not enough pieces there I really want.
Now if it were a set like that in black gold, say… Maybe.
January 6, 2007 at 5:40 am #523647A set of those pieces in black gold? I’d have been the first to bid! 😀

You need to watch Ebay a bit more often.
January 6, 2007 at 6:22 pm #523649well now that all these pieces are newly retired that will make them much more difficult to get. I know how much grief I have had to go trough to get some of my pieces right after they retired and I would gladly pay a bit more to avoid all that hassle and all those phone calls. I had to make tons of calls in the past to get my collection to where it is and these are all in one, not seperate with shipping on each piece. As long as the are packed right I think it’s worth $1000 but I do not think I would pay much more. I alwayws called the ones I found to verify that the person or store actually had the piece and my Whites and Emeralds took a very LONG time to find
January 8, 2007 at 4:46 am #523650well it got to 500 now
