I’m sorry, Ski. At least you had the additional time you needed to accept the inevitable and prepare a bit, and give him lots of love and attention. Try not to have any regrets, he knew he was loved and you made sure that his passing was easy and not prolonged. It was the best you could do under the circumstances.

*hugs* Anyway, I hope you were able to get a lot of pictures of him to remember your time together. That is my one major regret with my dog Holly, we never really took all that many pictures of her, and I really wish we had.

I’m sorry about Rab, ski. It’s never easy putting a beloved pet down, but as Kyrin said, at least you had time to prepare and say goodbye to Rab. He had a good life with you where he got all the love and attention he could have hoped for, and you had lots of time together. We’re here for you whenever you need support. Please lean on us.

Oh no! I’m so sorry Ski… at least he’s not suffering anymore. Poor thing… *hugs* Sometimes I think it’s as hard to loose a pet as it would be a child. You have my deepest sympathies Ski. If you need to talk to anyone I’m always here.. for what it’s worth.
