WooHOO! He got here today and he’s AWESOME! He really is a big dragon! I love his battel scars and chipped scales and the hole in his wing… I can’t stop looking at him! Thanks so much, pip! The box came with FRAGILE in big letters on all the sides – and Happy Birthday in smaller letters too. 😆 The Post relieved me of 45.- for customs, but I won’t complain about that. I’m too excited to have him.
Customs opened the box, but they were very careful about him and wrapped him nicely again before sending him on. He arrived without a scratch. Without any more scratches, I should say.

Doubly so because he’s the first OW I ever saw in person. I’m always going to think of him as my first OW, even though I owned a peacock one before he came along. But the peacock is with Wolfen and this one is here!
He actually was a bit smaller than I imagined. Everybody was saying how impressed they were by his size and I ended up imagining him the size of a little dog instead of a cat. 😆 But in comparison to my other dragons he’s still huge. I try not to think of that comparison pic with the SK… 😆

I’m so glad he got there safe- I did worry about him lol. Sorry about the customs ouch, I hoped putting ‘Happy Birthday’ on it would prevent their charging anything on it.
It’s wonderful also seeing him be so appreciated!

Customs is my fault. I should have remembered to ask you to put down “not for resale” on the box. Maybe that would have helped. Oh well. The money’s gone, but I got my dragon. I’m happy.

Yeah, congrats. I was impressed on how big they were as well. But of course I am use to seeing the smaller dragons.
