The Father Foo Dog will be available today at 1:00. The PYO Kitty Griffin and PYO Flap Cat are being held up because of lack of eyes in the sizes that they wear. We are working on painting eyes for them.
Ahhhh sooo excited about this! I can’t wait to see them in the store! 😀

Excellent!
April 25, 2014 at 11:44 am #911942I’ll be sending out the names Saturday night – I’ll be at my parents’ tomorrow most of the day. So anyone can sneak in until then!
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

April 28, 2014 at 5:13 pm #912053I cannot believe I am writing this, but I had the sculpt and I’m almost done. Eek. 🙂
This is a first. I’m usually the one scrambling to make it look halfway decent before the picture deadline and then madly working to finish before the send deadline.
Hope everybody else is progressing. 🙂

April 28, 2014 at 6:02 pm #912054Woohoo! Way to go!
I ordered the sculpt this weekend; hopefully I’ll get it within 2 weeks…

http://www.sarahjestin.com/feedbacklists.htmApril 28, 2014 at 6:24 pm #912055Dang. I totally forgot the date. I missed my mother’s birthday too (April 24). It’s been so busy at work, and at home these last couple off weeks, I completely blanked on it. Well, maybe next time. Probably for the best, I have so many knitting projects on the go that I need to finish anyway.
April 28, 2014 at 6:56 pm #912056Got the name of my swap and this will be a challenge for me because I’m painting a sculpt I’ve never tried to paint before. I have an idea what I want to do and I certainly hope it turns out to their liking.
April 29, 2014 at 1:44 am #912072Got my name and ordered my sculpt! While I wait for it to arrive, I’ll be messing with a sculpt photo to hash out a rough design. I can hardly wait! XD
Oh! I’ve been meaning to ask…. How many people are participating in this swap if it’s alright to inquire? 🙂

I have quite a start, but I doubt myself. My husband says it’s that way with every unfinished artwork, though, so I’m keeping on keeping on. 🙂

I promise you’re not alone in that feeling! Every single one I paint makes me worry too. But you should try to focus on having fun. That’s what the swaps are all about. And every Windstone you paint gives you a chance to improve (no matter if you’re a beginner or an expert), so it’s all good. 🙂

http://www.sarahjestin.com/feedbacklists.htmMay 11, 2014 at 5:40 am #912486Per my own idiocy, I worked on mine from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm, and have it 80% done at the cost of a major headache and really achey from sitting in a chair all day without moving. I even had the grace of painting with my cat, Harriat, sleeping in my lap for 3 of them. The random small plush chair laundry2011 is awesome. I can sit it and have something to support my self better than sitting at the table. It is an idea I have not yet worked with and I really like how it is coming out! 😀
