I’ve never watched that, I’m gonna have to now! Lol….those are actually horns, but perhaps I did the grooves too deep…lol
April 9, 2008 at 7:46 pm #610309I’d keep one as a pet… pretty noises or not! 😆 They’re charming, purplecat. Looks like something that could make a meal out of a chirpmunk though 😯 😆

Aw, leave it. I didn’t associate it with Dragonball Z because I never watch TV…

Nah, they’re good. It’s only some anime fans that are gonna even see the resemblance… and that kind of thing makes it more special to me (I’ve found I’m usually drawn more to pieces that remind me of something I love, even if completely unrelated). 😀
April 10, 2008 at 12:47 pm #610312Lol..thanks! I’ve never watched that show….lol…but I’m glad the horns do look like horns…
April 12, 2008 at 3:49 pm #610313Here’s the adolescent dragon Ive been working on. I’m detailing her at the moment. She’s at that age where she’s left her seashell and is begining to learn how to fly, and getting in to everything…like young ones are prone too….lol.
The last pic is a “skeleton” of the featherdragon queen. Her sketch is behind her, and I put one of my pyos in there for size comparison. 😀
Let me know what you think. 😀
April 12, 2008 at 3:51 pm #610314Awwww! I love them both. 😀
April 12, 2008 at 3:57 pm #610315Ack! I forgot to mention, if you want to see more shots of her, at different angles, check my journal, I did a full photo dump there. 😀 😀
April 12, 2008 at 3:58 pm #610316Very nice so far. Can’t wait to see the finished results. 🙂
April 12, 2008 at 5:05 pm #610317I’m really liking the little dragon. It’ll be interesting to see what the skeleton turns into.
April 13, 2008 at 12:29 am #610318Aw so cute. I was avoiding these threads until I could afford something. I’m amazed with all the new sculpts. I love the dragon snails, the ugly toad, and a few of the others. I really need to save up some money.
Oh how are the winged foxes turning out? I’d love to see one finished. (And perhaps buy one?)
April 13, 2008 at 12:59 pm #610319Unfortunately..there’s a problem with how I sculpted the eye sockets on the winged fox. He was one of the very first sculpts I did, and I didnt know how to get a perfectly shaped eye cavity then….heck…I’m still working on that some, although I’m loads better at it now. I may try to produce a couple with the eyes just painted dark…like a spirit fox, but I wont be able to do them with glass eyes. 🙂
April 13, 2008 at 6:00 pm #610320Lovely dragon, PC! From all sides. Also that is a darling purple winged cat drawing.

The dragon looks like it going to be adorable and I love the pyo dragon!
April 15, 2008 at 7:26 am #610322Late, but I thought I’d share anyway. These are my first pieces from purplecat, and there will definitey be more.
We’s tired.
The chirpmunk is adorable. Just adorable.
