Working on getting the molds made for a ton of sculpts. unfortunately, I wont know if it was a success until after we try a pour. 🙂 It’s been a slow and expensive process. I probably couldve won a SK with the cash I’ve put into figuring out moldmaking…whew…it’s kinda scary to think about. 😯 But once I get it figured out I’ll be in good shape, it’s having to throw away all the mistakes that’s been expensive.
He’s a little more than 11 inches tall, and I have some awesome color plans for him! Right now Im doing all the tiny hairs on his upper body. 😀
He’s not really done anything here lately….Someone accidentally hit him on the other side with the lizard tank lid and ruined a ton of his detailing….urg…. But I finally had a successful pour, and once I do some painting I’ll have a couple salable pieces! Woot!!! Which is a super big deal…I’ve been working on this project every single day for a couple months….even weekends…and sunk well over a thousand dollars into learning it. Whew….So I’m over ecstatic that I FINALLY have a successful pour. 😀 😀 😀

I’m working on more, I’ll post them gradually as I get stuff done. Sorry I’m so slow, I feel like a one-woman band sometimes…whew! However, I’m almost done sculpting the hippocampus, and it is going to be soooooooo cool. 😀
