A co-worker of mine’s daughter was diagnosed with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) and is undergoing a bone marrow transplant today. We had a bone marrow drive at work and over 500 people signed up but none of us were a match for her. The did find a perfect 10 for 10 match in a nice young lady on the national registry so she is getting her life saving transplant today. If anyone could take some time and say a prayer for this brave little girl and her parents. She has a care page if anyone is interested to see it….http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/allyjark. I just hate that children have to go through such horrible suffering. Its just not fair!
I’ll keep her in my prayers. A girl from my hometown had that when I was a teenager, and she pulled through (twice!) so thinking positive is always good!
