They are really beautiful π I think these would be very popular, wonder what the record time for something to sell out is? π
Something new called “The Windstone Minute!”
There was a BIN on ebay – I forgot what – that sold out in 45 seconds, I think.
Selling the pink curl? Isn’t that selling something you don’t currently have?
Sorry I wasn’t clear. Back when Windstone used to put curlies, chicks, griffins up as BINs on ebay something and I don’t remember what went in either 45 seconds or 1 min and 45 seconds. I honestly don’t remember what it was (griffin chick? curlie?) but it was a feeding frenzy to end all feeding frenzies. People who had been sitting at their computer all day missed whatever it was if they were only refreshing every 2 to 3 minutes. And I think a couple of people who stopped to read the whole auction missed out too. Wish I could remember what it was for….someone must remember?
The green fledgies π₯

hmm….it’s raining outside…I’m glad I had that umbrella handy
September 19, 2007 at 11:17 pm #618609It wasn’t green fledges. They were actually on ebay for around 3 or 4 hours! The sitting pearl griffen chick was the worst. Then the flame curlies, and the em pea curlies.
September 19, 2007 at 11:18 pm #618610In a way I’m relieved to miss the curlies. I’m trying to collect them but, I’ve already blown my budget for not only this month but, some to come. I’ll patiently wait, hopefully by the next batch I’ll have some money.
September 19, 2007 at 11:29 pm #618611Wow….they sold out fast, I wasn’t planning on getting one becasue i’m not too crazy about pink and I did not get one, but after looking at them in the store I really LOVE the green eyes…..and now I have to have one so when the next batch comes out i’ll be getting one for sure. π
Marzena
September 19, 2007 at 11:36 pm #618612That’s a really nice color, by the looks of it. Congrats to those who were lucky enough to snatch up the first ones. Now if there’s a fledgie made in that color too, I’ll be sooo happy….

September 20, 2007 at 1:56 am #618614Hey guys, random thought. Don’t you think that this color would look great on a coiled mother dragon? It would be a great gift for an expectant mother (or a rabid collector). And it would be one of the less expensive dragons. Just a thought. *hint, hint* π

September 20, 2007 at 2:59 am #618616Actually that would be a great fund raiser for breast cancer – pink dragons!

September 20, 2007 at 4:41 am #618621Five pages overnight! It sounds like a lot of people still want pink curlies. This particular dragon is really worthwhile for Melody.
