        Oh, a really easy and fast pudding type pie:

        Example

        Pistacio pie–take 2 packets of instant pudding mix and mix them up with only 1/2 of the milk requirement so it will be really thick. spread half very thin in the bottom of the pie crust and mix the other half in with a tub of whipped topping. then fluff that up on the top.

        More layers work too. With cheesecake flavored pudding it’s really good if you put a layer of strawberry jam on top of the thick pudding layer. 😀 Strawberry cheesecake pie!

          Yum, Now I want pie. I will have to try that sometime. I hope they are fat free. 😉
