They had those problems with crashing but it ended up being falsed maintance records, other than that they have done fine… I do not know about retirement?

I heard about all the crashes they had, yeah. Oh well. It’s nice to see them flying. One of DARPA’s few program’s that actually went from start to finish and produced something.

Yeah that was a big deal. Amarillo had the Bell plant for about two years or so when they started haveing problems… and a lot of people were worried about their Job! Its good to know that it wasn’t the aircraft that was faulty… just really scary that the records were not being updated properly…

I got to see these up close today. I couldn’t take pictures though. 🙁 But it was neat! My fater in law works at the Bell Helicopter plant here! Today was “Family Day” and we all went. My girls got the chance to get in and even sit in the piolet’s set of a huey! It was cool!!!! 🙂

well here shortly it should be getting colder….weather here always changes….it wasn’t too hot this year….

I think it’s funny though how my friend in Italy thought Texas never got snow…and that we rode horses to work and school….

I sent him a picture of my car buried under snow…and they really freaked out…LOL
