I went to mom’s for easter today and about 15 minutes before we left we got treated to a show. A barred owl was hunting a squirel but by the time I got to the camera the show was on hold and the owl just sat there looking at the squirrel and then me.
Oh but he was lovely! 😀
The sunset was gone so it was hard to get good pictures.
I don’t know if he got the squirrel since the bus for my son arrived and I had to leave. I’ll ask my mom and see if she notice….just called her and she said that he stayed there for about an hour but gave up. He’ll be back, he is always around somewhere. 😉

we were at the coolest resteraunt called the Walpack Inn over the weekend! Right outside the windows they put food down and the deer come and eat right in front of the windows while the people inside eat! It was sooo fun to see all the deer up close! I highly recommend the resteraunt to anyone in NJ or PA (it’s near the border of PA and NJ), the food was amazing too! 😀 I got some good pictures of the deer that came to eat outside our window! at one point there were over 40 deer and as we were leaving we could see more than 100 in the fields!!!
😀Yep! That is all I have down the North side of my house! We had a ton of them also in the back yard but they were so over grown with a lot of dead parts in it that we started takeing them out… the yard here was allowed to go CRAZY!!! lol So we are working on taming it down…
Thanks by the way! 😉 I think that they are pretty and smell good too… but my allergies say other wise… 🙁
