I agree with that! And it would help if I could go to a zoo or travel. But unfortunately I am home bound because I take care of my physically and mentally challenged son. πJasmine wrote:Wow π― π― I am so not going to win the contest. π
My thought exactly! π―
December 6, 2007 at 12:22 am #602059BDW, ya know, I LOVE your winterscapes!!! You have some spectacular views and scenery right where you are! Caring for your son is a huge, time consuming task which you accomplish with love and great caring! Knowing that about you helps me enjoy your artwork all the more π π π !!! Just so you know, I’ve never had anyone compliment my photography before and I have literally tons of terrible, blurry, awful shots! π― You should see all the bad stuff I have on REAL film! AAACKKK! You could be buried by it all! I have nothing on Koishii who is showing incredible talent for one so young. I’ve been doing this for thirty some-odd years and you all are the first to be complimentary of my hobby. π Thanks! π

Well I really like your pictures. I started only 7 years ago and you should see those. urrrk!
Here is a picture taken from my first digi cam.Since then I have changed cameras a few times and lately, I’m really not satisfied with the new camera. Very disapointed. It’s not as sharp as my last two.
What camera are you using? π[/]
December 6, 2007 at 1:12 am #602062BDW, I use a Fujifilm S5000 FinePix digital camera. I wanted a digital that had a good optical lens, so did my hubby, and he helped me wade through all the options then suprised me with it for Christmas one year π― π . We stuck with company that built film camera originally and that knew about photography. Felt like the pic quality would be better. I’d really like a tripod for it ’cause my night shots are AWFUL! I can’t hold still long enough for slow shutter speeds. BLEH π Thanks muchly for the kind words, all. They’re greatly appreciated! π If I’ve not bored you, yet, I’ll keep posting! π

That is not true! I remember your bearded dragon and it was great. Just start taking pictures of your pet at their level not from the top. Include if you can a nice background, like a plant or something. You will soon se a difference.December 6, 2007 at 1:23 am #602064those are some real good photos Twindragon. I saw the one of the salt flats and was all,” OMG! the SALT FLATS!” this is a lot of scenery i have never gotten to see first hand before. very cool stuff.

It’s 4 mega pixels (yup, I’m spoilt!) It all comes from having a hubby who’s a mechanical engineer who reeeeeaaaaaalllllyyyyy likes gadgets with all the bells and whistles, and sometimes I’m lucky enough to benefit from his champagne tastes! I still don’t know all the ins and outs of it, but learning something new helps grow new brain cells! π

Koishii, here are more of the salt flats for you. They were taken at sunrise before it got terribly hot and those are my three boys; Roddy, my hubby and Ethan and Sean, our twins who just turned tweleve π

After you walk on the flats you’ve gotta wash off your shoes, else it causes a HUGE mess in the car. π

Not many. I’m usually on the other end of the camera! The ones I have I don’t like how I look (vanity) as they are post foot surgery stuff and because I couldn’t walk I got fat! I’ll see if there’re any I might, could maybe, post. I hate seeing pics of me *yerck!* π How ’bout you?
twindragonsmum
