password problems

Sorry to be so computer handicapped….but was trying to update my password…..Had forgotten previous one and had you send me a temporary one….but cannot seem to get my profile to allow me to change the password! Keeps saying I do not have the required characters……help!

When Adraenyse updated the forum, password requirements changed. Now you must log in with your original password and change it to a more secure password, if your old one wasn’t secure enough. I think it has to have at least one capital letter, one number, and one character like @ or !. There may be a length requirement, too, but if there is I don’t remember what it was.

I don’t think you have to have a symbol at least I don’t. I do have 2 CAPS though plus a number
