June, July and August are ‘removed’ somehow from the rest of the year in my mind and have a different ‘shape’ than Jan, March, April, May, September, October, November and December.
Some things are more difficult to describe than others.
It’s probably because those were the months you had summer vacation from school as a kid, if Canada is on the same schedule for school as the U.S. You would have learned that they were “different,” so they appear differently to you.
I don’t know if it really works that way, but it makes sense to me. Or maybe I’m trying to put a logical spin on something that defies explanation.
I bet this condition helps, yet hinders, your artistic abilities.

I suppose it could be, but we always went back to school mid-August, we weren’t out the entire month, and we usually got out of school mid-may, yet may is not included.
I do have the same problem as Nam with colors sometimes. I get irritable when my teachers ask me to put colors together that ‘clash’. I really don’t like to do that.

My art: featherdust.comNovember 19, 2007 at 3:39 am #633081I think it’s fascinating. 🙂 Dusty orange and pea green together makes me feel like I’ve got an oncoming headache…but maybe I just hate those colors together…. 😕
