She looks absolutely real to me! Not even stamped!
The first dragons we did had very messy bottoms like that. Yes, I am pretty sure this is one of the very first ones we ever sold!Man that is too cool! An oldie but goodie! I really want a better pic of your male, too. He looks a dull peacock color in the pics. Is he really black?! Wow, that would be two gems in one little collection!
Here’s a pic of my black dragon. I found him in a Wicks & Sticks store in Austin, Texas while on vacation again, 🙂 in the mid to late 80’s. I was told he was a prototype for a new color. Later, the peacock(?) color came out.
The flash shows the purple and blue shading on the large scales. Otherwise in normal light, he looks mostly black. His eye is a darker blue too.

Thanks Melody for the background on my old Mother Dragon. I’ve had her for so long, she’s kinda like part of the family, and since I do Family History research, it’s really neat to learn more about where she came from.

You’re welcome! I wish I coulda done something more fancy but I wanted to try! The lap dragon’s posture and smile reminds me of Tintaglia from the book, she looks confident and ready to be flattered! I’m glad you like her! 😀

For real! 😯 Her eyes are so creepy (mother dragon) but they’re so firey, like a sloppy version of the new SK eyes. What a gem you have! Prototype peacock male AND one of THIRTY SIX old green mother dragons.
