AAHHH!!! Not fair!!!
I just got a TKO notice from ebay, the Momma Ki-Rin I won has been removed… and that seller’s auctions suspended!!!
I suppose it’s good I haven’t paid yet…. but still!!! I had finally won the piece I have wanted for AGES…. only to have it taken away from me!!!
::cries:: Not fair… I guess I’m gonna go sulk now…
Look at it as a lucky escape! Think of the hassle that you’d have had to go through to get your money back if you had paid already. 🙂

Maybe you can contact the seller and ask what happened? Maybe he/she had a bad transaction, or too many ‘unpaid items’ or didn’t pay his sellers’ fees and therefore had their account suspended. If that happens, it cancels all his auctions, even if they are legit. If that’s the case, maybe he’s still willing to sell you the Kirin. (If he does that though, I’d definatly use a CC through Paypal just in case!)
But hey, everything happens for a reason, so maybe for the price you won her for, something even better or newer will come along. Positive thinking, c’mon! 🙂

Ebay is generally a big let downwhen it comes to windstones, this kind of stuff is happening more and more.
Aw no thats awfull, i hate it when that happens! You will get one eventually, it will just make it even more rewarding when you finially get her 😀
I’m sorry, ladybrooklyn. I got that message too, and I knew you were going to be upset. It’s good that you find out now instead of later though. Had you paid already?
bluepony and I feel your pain! We got out dragon & gargoyle ripped from us too. That sucks! Especially when we all know how excited you were to finally win it!

I have only bought 3 things that weren’t Windstones on there, and that is enough, except the large crystal ball I want to get to put in my Wizard display…They are so darned expensive in stores…
I haven’t had much in the way of bad expiriences with Ebay, except some horrid packagers from time to time…and that wicked USPS… 👿

This year I plan to hit estate sales hard to find some of the older Windstones. If I hit pay dirt, I will post whatever I don’t want in the flea market section and let the forum members buy them before I will go to Ebay! 😀
