He’s an African Wildlife photographer and I just happened to stumble across his stuff today and I think it’s fantastic. I’d really love to buy prints, but the only ones I seem to be able to find are the gallery edition ones that cost 950 Euros, or about $1500 for an 11×14 print.
Waaaaay out of my price range.
Does anyone on here know of this guy and know whether or not he has print quality photos at a price more affordable to the struggling college student? I see he’s putting a book out, but there were a couple images I saw that I’d love to hang on my wall. I’m not expecting to be able to find something $20 or so, but I’d happily pay $55 to $100. I just don’t have $1500, as much as I’d like to support him with that much.

Very expensive as well 😯July 8, 2008 at 4:46 pm #721118Yeah. That $1500 is for an 11×14. I didn’t bother to calculate for the other sizes, but they’re up there too. Upwards of 10k euros for a poster size print.
July 8, 2008 at 5:06 pm #721119Wow! I love the cheetah and the cubs. Thanks for posting!
July 8, 2008 at 5:22 pm #721120I love the pictures but no I don’t know how to get them for cheaper.
$1500?!? That seems a little high for a photograph… even though I know how much time goes into them. My mom gets good sunrise pictures, because she’s been up all night editing the ones she got throughout the day. 🙄 She has a strange sleep schedule.
July 8, 2008 at 5:26 pm #721121Oh wow! I like the eerie light on the photos.
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

July 8, 2008 at 7:01 pm #721123You probably won’t find them for less unless an individual that bought one sells it for cheap. Usually when artists/photographers sell limited edition signed and numbered prints, they will not sell other versions of the print at all, to keep the signed and numbered edition valuable and as to not cheat collectors/buyers.
That is really expensive (I sympathize… I can’t afford anything near that!) but is not an unusual price for a professional artist or photographer to ask for limited edition S/N prints. :/

I especially like the giraffe ones. -
