October 3, 2011 at 3:22 am #859044Wow Koi! Very beautiful!!!!! All of them! lol
October 3, 2011 at 11:38 pm #859106Koishii, Grove and Reef came out great. I like the natural colors on grove. Very nice. 🙂
October 7, 2011 at 8:54 am #859363I like Grove and Joe. What an awful name to give him though. Not that I can come up with something suitable based on his coloring, but how abut making him a her? Even Josephine sounds more elegant.
This one is my favorite. He is beautiful just the way he is. Hmm, he reminds me of something else you are doing.
October 7, 2011 at 2:44 pm #859372LOL, well that is because that dragon you have linked IS Joe. I was dealing with some sickness and just not doing all that well mentaly. My sister actualy gave it a much more appropriate name:

October 26, 2011 at 7:42 pm #860973Here they are! official photos! Both of these are for sale.
Golden Reef, painted after the Yellow Headed Jawfish. He has an array of metallic colors and slight color shift, he holds a topaz in his forehead and an amethyst in his tail curl. His colors are both very vibrant and light at the same time with white outlining on his scales.

And Grove, this is a collab between my sister and I. I had her give me a woodsy brown base and I went to town on it with some blue interference, some green, darker browns that almost look black, and a creamy belly.
He has a deep blue ish sapphire in his head that almost looks black and he holds a piece of shell in his tail. He comes with a choice of two eye colors. It would have been three, but the grey eyes just make him look freaked out.

October 27, 2011 at 1:12 am #861002So lovely!
October 28, 2011 at 2:28 pm #861103how do you manage to get such smooth color transitions? Mine are still turning out sloppy and it’s extremely frushtating…
