White Tiger Blue Jay
You guys have seen this one, I think most of you at least. Here he is again to start the new Koi PYO’s thread.

Fantasm Uni
This was a unicorn for Syn. She wanted a white tiger inspired uni…a fantasy white tiger inspired uni. It did not take long for things to take off. I had a blast with this project. There is no way to accurately photograph this uni. The colors are super delicate. Layers of color and pearl to achieve a very unique affect of pearlized color shift. Completed with dark rainbow stripes.
This uni was traded for those books I had listed in the trade section…so that trade option is no longer available.
Rain Forest Special
So, remember the offer I put up, trade a commission for a new tablet? Syn jumped on that one. She lost the original Rain Forest on ebay but was in loooove with it! I siad I would not do that one as a commission but never said I would not do another, and a trade was open game. 🙂 This one is special because the knee scale colors are reversed and the back wing color is also tweeked.
This also was total fun to do.
kld fjvakhdnfdv!!! Koi! Your work continues to make my jaw drop-sooo gorgeous! And Syn-you are one lucky lady! I looooove both of these new pieces but I think of the two the unicorn is my favorite. :love: I’d go on but Im at a loss for words now. Wow!

I have wanted the Rain Forest Keeper for so long that it’s hard to believe I will really be getting him. It always surprises me how much a different eye color changes the look of a piece too; I loved the first Rain Forest with his red eyes, but I think he is even prettier with the Teal eyes. He was definitely worth waiting for.
This unicorn is something else, just amazing, and a great example of why I like commissioning you. You started with my idea of “a blue-eyed unicorn that is based on a white tiger but is a fantasy version” and gave me what I wanted in spades, what I never could have imagined myself. What a wonderful job you did on both of them.
