I think Mystic is a little too run of the mill – no offense, Quill. That would work for all Mel’s colors. I do like dragoness’s idea of topaz, and I’m sure we’d all learn and remember the name of tourmaline real fast if Mel decided to call HEP that.
None taken 😀
I was going to say that, too. I’m sure it would be common knowledge before long if she chose to call it ‘tourmaline’.

I do not think it sounds all that great either. Maybe Aquamarine or just Aqua
Haha! I suggested aquamarine back on page 1 of this thread! 😛
But I think littleironhorse has a point…its probably better to just keep calling it emerald peacock…

But I see it the other way – since there are already Emerald dragons and Peacock dragons, wouldn’t it just be confusing to have new EmeraldPeacock dragons too??
I vote for Aquamarine so far…
My fiance suggests “Viridian.” Might be a little too fancy, though…

That’s true too…hmmm…

That’s my favorite too, if it were to get a new name.

That’s actually a really good name, but I think a lot of people might not know what it means…I had to look it up… 🙂
November 16, 2006 at 12:24 pm #508842Viridian is great! That’s my favorite so far. Shall we set up a poll?
In other words, Mel, are you looking for opinions on the matter or are we discussing and arguing this among ourselves while the artist has already quietly decided?November 16, 2006 at 9:27 pm #508843Greater Basilisk wrote:Viridian is great! That’s my favorite so far. Shall we set up a poll?
