Wow! That is an incredible tattoo! So gorgeous! How badly will the ink fade?

Iam told it should not fade too badly. Of course, after about 5-10 years it may need touching up. Most folks I know who have color tatts usually get a touch-up between 8-10 years.

Fading depends on your skin. I have a friend whose tattoos look perfect after 20 years (I’m so jealous of him!). I have had a couple of mine redone after 10 years and two others covered up as well. My newer ones have a lot of color and I use a high SPF sunblock to help protect them from fading.

All I can say is, OUCH!!! I really, really have issues when it comes to needles… 😯 I’d never have the bravery to get a tattoo…yours is very cool looking, although I prefer your style of the heavy outlining over the softened look. 🙂
