If it makes you feel any better, I’m going through the same thing…I bought a feldgling for $75 from someone, it hasn’t come after 2 weeks, and they’re not responding to my emails. Getting very ready to file with paypal…

-J R R TolkienI usually give folks a month before I email asking where things are. Paypal gives you 60 days to file a claim. If they dont respond after a few emails, I will file a claim.
When I won my baby and mother kirin, the lady took forever to get back to me. She was a power-seller, and the only negative feedback she had was for being slow. But she eventually responded to us – ’cause I always have to ask not to use UPS – and they made their slow way here.
So you may be dealing with someone’s who’s not sure how to do business. But I would also give ’em an ultimatum.

Sounds like an auction I won last month Spark. Won and paid it on the 15th. I wrote asking about it on the 20th after no contact at all. Two days later I got a reply saying it had shipped a few days ago and they would get me the tracking number.A few more days go by and I finally get a tracking number. Turns out they didn’t even ship it until the 25th. I did finaly get it (Paper Tiger), in one piece even! Good luck with yours!
Leave neutral feedback stating the dates of payment and shipping. I just went through that. Halloween costume. Paid for the 9th of Sep, shipped 20 Sep (SAM when they advertised 1st class). Arrived in November.
