yes the mutation is lutino,the species is polytelis alexandrae common name princess of wales parakeet a native of australia,and yes even if it’s male it’s still called a princess parrot 😛

😆 yeah just kidding would be an exspensive meal,this mutation you may find for $600.00,though some breeders are still charging a grand 😯 with shipping i paid a total of $500.00 he was worth it 🙂 this is the blue mutation-theres said to be a lavender mutation but i cant find a picture of it yet 🙁
