Does some one have or know where a picture is that shows the light and dark versions of the peacock orientals? I was going to take it with me to show to John at Nature’s Treasures in Savannah because he didn’t realize there were some “error” a.k.a rare Windstone pieces made. I found one picture that had 3 orientals – peacock, jade and emerald so I was going to take that as well.

Well he was delighted by the pictures with the differences between the two. He never knew the variations exsisted so it was really cool being able to show them too him.
I’m curious though which way were they supposed to be ligter or darker on both the peacock and jade. In the old cataloge I have from 1997 it show the oriental dragons in the darker versions of each.
This I would like to know also, which one is more rare? I am guessing the lighter color is more rare….
I have the darker peacock….
From what I’ve seen, the lighter is more rare on the original, the darker is more rare on the baby and the sun dragon.
well, on the note of light vs dark orientals…i think i just bought a JADE young oriental and i will have it in a couple days! 99.9% sure! i will post pics as soon as i get him! his pics online were sure fire dark green, holy cow! he’ll be for ebay as i don’t care for the darker green, i love that bright emerald! i have a peacock young coming too, but i’m not sure which variety it is. squee! well folks, providing he arrives safely, here is your chance to get that jade young!
