Wonderful coloring! He is dead on!January 20, 2007 at 10:44 am #529527I am going for this one, since I lost the last one… How long do I have to pay? 10 days? Lets see… auction ends here… get paid here… Maybe I have a chance at this guy!
January 21, 2007 at 4:33 am #529528That is a very nice dragon. I love the darker parts (black?) around the scales.

I think so, tooI wanted to do one like this but I did’nt have a yellow!
January 21, 2007 at 8:20 pm #529531I suppose it’s easier to buy the finished product rather than spending a few bucks on a tube of paint?

They really dont have yellow paint! I could order some, but it seems silly to order one tube of paint. I will wait till I find more colors I want… In the meantime, I will try to get this one… cuz while I may get a tube of yellow in the near future, my skills will not be able to create something like this in the same time frame.
January 21, 2007 at 9:03 pm #529533They don’t have any yellow paint at all? Or are you looking for a specific brand?

None at all! They are not ordering anymore either
Everything is turning to quilting and stitching and stuff.
January 22, 2007 at 12:17 am #529535The yellow I used was a metallic light golden. I will double check the brand for you Ski.

Sheesh, nothing like product diversification.
Those folks need to study the basic rules of economics. It’s unwise to rely on one type of product and one class of buyers.

Thank you Water!
I agree, GB. I was very upset. All my paints will be bought on line. I better stock up for the large PYO. He looks like he will take alot of paint!
January 22, 2007 at 8:22 am #529538You use interference, right? I think I’ll stick with my acrylics. They’re easier to get and cheaper, too.
January 22, 2007 at 8:29 am #529539Bahh consider yourself lucky to be able to have a craft store at all, i get to buy stuff online or walmart, no other options.
January 26, 2007 at 6:26 pm #529540DANG!!! Well, I didn’t really stand a chance anyway, up against Nirvanacat in a snipe fest! ^_^ I hope you enjoy him, Nirvana!
