Thank you! Me, too. There is alot of pressure on me this time. If I go up there and dont get all the answers, lots of folks will be upset w/me. Big folks… 😯 Either way it will end bad. One of my guys may even get fired over this.

He is military, but he can still get relieved from his position. They will put him somewhere else where he will not have such an impact on the OR rate. Our job is a very important one and we have alot of power. What we say goes. Hopefully his write ups are legit.. otherwise he may be destined for the tool room. 😯
