This is the first Brown colored dragon I have finished that I am actualy thoroughly pleased with.
He is a very stunning one with purple and green interference over the brown and the creme of the belly, fine details. He holds a triplet opal in his paw. His browns are deep almost black nut browns on the legs with red highlights on them to lighter chestnut browns on the upper thighs and fore arms that have purple and green interference.
This definitely is one I personally like a lot and i’ll probably only sell him for a good price. I am considering trying ebay with him. not sure yet though.
There is a real citrine in the tail:

yes, he is very different. Brown is a color i have been working on because I do not use it often and so it is a harder color for me to do things with. This is my 3 brown dragon so far and my first keeper and i am really pleased with how it turned out.

November 24, 2008 at 1:33 am #699332You have really hit on a winner here! Stunning use of color! Excellent technique, I don’t see a single brush stroke, yet I know he cannot be all airbrushed. You are truely an artist and a very talented one at that! I wish I had your eye for color. The way you work with them and make them so seamless is amazing.
November 24, 2008 at 2:19 am #699333He is beautiful! If you were to ebay him, I would be wishing I had the money to bid on him with.
