This is a long shot, but I’d regret it if I didn’t at least try to ask.
Anyone in Canada live near this seller and would like to possibly help me acquire one of these dragon figurines?
I’m guessing this is an active listing. I’m not familiar with KIJIJI because I live in the U.S. That, and I don’t want to sign up for a website I’ll never use. Anyway, it appears this person doesn’t want to ship anywhere. Maybe they don’t have the boxes so I can imagine it would be hard to ship these.
I ONLY want the blue dragon called, Dream, because I already have the rest of the set. I haven’t been able to find Dream elsewhere and I’ve been watching and waiting for one to come up for sale for quite awhile. However, the seller is selling all of them as a lot so they may not sell just one dragon. In which case, I could take them all if you can ship them carefully or you could keep the others if you like them. I really shouldn’t be trying to buy anything right now, but the asking price for the lot is a steal in my opinion. I paid that for just one (in U.S. dollars).
I’m kind of embarrassed to ask, especially for something so imposing. Funny, my professor’s “words of wisdom” to me upon graduation was, “Never be afraid to ask for anything.” Well, I’m asking. HA!
PM me if you might want to help. We can discuss the details. Otherwise, thanks for reading. 🙂
December 14, 2015 at 9:52 pm #938179If I lived there, I’d help as those are quite cute!
The listing also says you’re getting 7 of them, as the seller has a duplicate of one…doesn’t say which one s/he has a duplicate of though.
December 15, 2015 at 1:19 am #938198I know there are a couple people on here from Ontario that could maybe help you out. I just haven’t seen them on much lately. I can look them up though.
Looking for rainbow or pink & teal grab bags!
December 15, 2015 at 2:23 am #938214I’d do it, but unfortunately I live clear on the other side of Canada! 🙁 I’m sorry, I hope you can find someone!
Check out my finished artwork at http://falcolf.deviantart.com/ and my sketch/studio blog at http://rosannapbrost.tumblr.com/
Excellent!
December 15, 2015 at 6:11 am #938225I live in Baden, Ontario… close, but no cigar 🙁 It’d be 3.5-4 hours of driving and my old car would never make the trip in one piece!
I hope you can find help! They’re really cute.
December 15, 2015 at 7:04 am #938226Hey, I e-mailed them for you and asked if they would ship the set or if they would sell the blue one separately to ship to you. This is what they said:
“I actually happen to have 2 of the blue ones. They sent me a double by mistake and did not ask for it back.If I were to ship it to the US, I would want $20 plus shipping cost. If they are still interested have them (or you) send me their zip code so I can get you a shipping price.”
So looks like by what they said it’s yours if you want to pay that. If you want to message me with your zip code, I can pass on their email to you and hope it works out.

December 15, 2015 at 1:09 pm #938229Thanks for the offeres to help everyone! You guys are great! I didn’t expected anyone to respond, but quite a few did “answer the call”. Just the gesture to help even though you’re not close enough was sweet. It’s nice to see the holidays haven’t turned everyone into a monster.
Thanks again and Happy Holidays!
Canada rules! 8)December 15, 2015 at 11:02 pm #938251I have 2 of them and they are heavy and nice. I wish I could get these. I would love to finish the set but I never could afford the rest.

Nice! Which ones do you have?
Yeah, they are fairly pricey for what they are. I’m still debating whether or not to contact the seller directly or just wait for the blue one to show up on ebay someday. I’m very wary of online transactions when buying from individuals.
December 18, 2015 at 1:48 am #938352I have the purple and white one, that is such a good price I wish they would ship.
December 18, 2015 at 3:14 am #938361Windstone members rule! I’ve not been on another site where the members are generally so helpful and kind. And having dealt with Kim, she’s a sweetheart!
Just guesstimating since it’s been a bit since I’ve bought from Canada (and their dollar was stronger then)- I’d estimate the price for the dragon, from the response Kim got, to be roughly $40 with shipping. Given the weakness of the Canadian dollar against the US one currently, it would perhaps be a bit less. If you’ve paid $30 or more for single pieces, it would be in line. With the blue one the extra, it sounds like a match made in heaven!
December 18, 2015 at 10:19 am #938376Thanks Pipsxlch! I think they were quoting the amount in Canadian dolalrs so that would actually be a good deal for you as $40 Can right now would be about $28 US including shipping. He is still waiting to get a shipping quote but said he would as soon as he can and he sounded like an honest seller to deal with. He did give his website and email too for Dragoneer_88 to look up so I hope it works out.

The white dragon was the first one I bought followed by the green, which is my fav.:) You might ask the seller if they would ship. They had and extra blue dragon and Kim found out that they’re willing ship. If you can’t afford all the ones you want, maybe pick your next top favorite. It’s worth a shot to ask. Like the others have mentioned, the conversion rate would make it cheaper to buy for U.S. residents.

You’re so right! I talked with quite a few forum members now and they’ve all been nice, helpful, and all around great. It’s quite refreshing, especially with all the negativity we deal with daily. Kim has been super helpful and nice. Not many people would take time out of their day to help you and around the holidays too. Thanks, Kim! Of course, I’ve also got to thank the Windstone crew for being so great too. Thanks guys!
I think it’s a good deal as well provided we can get the deal done. I really hope so. It’s the last piece to my little “puzzle”. I gotta have them all! Haha! 😉
December 18, 2015 at 11:12 pm #938414I would love to pay for all of them and ship them all to me and I will ship the extra one to you. If Kim will ask if he will ship them to the us. I would love to get them $30 is a great deal.
