October 3, 2007 at 7:35 pm #605228:D:D:D I think these griffins are just destined for certain people…or something! They just seem to call out to the one they’re meant for…Well, I’m glad it’s all working out so smoothly so far!

Hey Arlla
Just a quick question….the griffin on the left does he have a bit of pink on his leg, where his strips are …it sort of looks like it in the pic???Marzena

It IS hard to do a tabby griffin, but fun also! ^_^ I do my tabby cat griffins (well, their stripey butts anyway) hair by hair, which takes forever, but ends up looking pretty neat! I really need to post Ski’s latest tabby in the gallery….Mos def. That guy was a beauty!!! You managed to do just what I had in mind and even better than I pictured.

Hey Arlla
Just a quick question….the griffin on the left does he have a bit of pink on his leg, where his strips are …it sort of looks like it in the pic???Do you mean inside the stripe going over his knee?? It’s shaded in there…it’s not pink, but it is darker than the white of the knee, because it’s part of the stripe. Is it okay? Does it bother you?

-J R R TolkienOctober 6, 2007 at 3:30 pm #605236That is a pretty golden tabby tiger. I’ve seen that picture before. I’ve got several tiger pictures that I found online. Makes me wonder if I have any you don’t have. Probably not because there are only a few golden tabby tiget pictures available on the Internet.
