*readys umbrella for incoming tomatoes*
This color is not flattering on anything except the orientals and even then, I’m not a huge fan. I’d way prefer white, like the original white dragons on the orientals.
LOL – I’ll keep my tomatoes for my salad…
If I had a choice between an Ivory or White for these guys, I’d have to agree with dragOn. I’d love to see all the Oriental dragons done in the classic white. I think the charm for Ivory is that it LOOKS like the real thing.May 8, 2012 at 1:12 am #880011Can’t I hurl zucchinnis instead? :p
Plain white could be cool too, I suppose.

Bingo.
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

I think it was very pretty. I saw some pretty ornate oriental ivory carvings when I was in Vegas and the Ivory dragon on ebay looked like it could have been one of them!
Hubby looked at the Ivory Sun dragon and immediately mentioned tea dyeing as well.
Count me in with the others that say it looks like real ivory. Most Windstones look like they might get up and walk away at any minute. The ivories looks like, well, a carving of a Windstone! I love them to bits and would be happy with almost anything LP done in that color.
(Sorry, drag0n, tomatoes aren’t even close to being in season up here. I could pelt you with fuzzies?) 😉
