        I just made my first ever pot of chili last night and it was goooood! (Dont laugh…cooking is a learned trait) But I have heartburn and a swollen belly… Is there any hope? Can you post your favorite chili recipies here to help me through the cold winter months?

          um….well get some beano…that’ll take care of your belly…

          and I make great chili….but I do it all to taste….

          I have acid reflux and I’m not supposed to eat beans…..so I have to take some nexium before and after I eat it…..

          but I still make it all the time….and just live through the misery….
