I’ll let my pictures do most of the talking, as soon as I have them uploaded. Our internet connection at home takes forever to upload files; I’ll have to resize all 250 photos first. But I’ll tell y’all when they’re ready to be viewed.

Zanzibar, an island belonging to Tanzania on the eastern coast. I’m slowly getting pictures up; you can see the first few here.

Yup, a very friendly mantis who came to visit me while I was reading on a beach chair. I took about two dozen pictures of it. It kept traversing my arms and following the objective of the camera. Cute little critter, and much less obnoxious than the two-legged indigenous beings that were also on the beach.

They are neat insects, and I feel your pain with the two-legged ‘pests’! 😉
