I was shocked too, some of them went for over $1000 back in the day according to ravnheart, but I don’t know what this one origonally cost. In any case, I’ll be happy when I get him and he’s in the described condition. I loved the sketch & the fact Snerl was on the bottom yelling it was the “last one” 😀

If he truly was the last one sold, meaning #24, (I haven’t looked at the auction just yet so forgive me) then he could be the one listed with a sale date of 11/06/2007 at $1350. I can tell you this because when LIH passed the database on to me she had the prices for pieces listed in the order they were sold. I have continued to follow that pattern and the $1350 was the last price listed in the excel spreadsheet which means it would match up with the one sold 11/06/2007.
