oooooh, I’m not a fan of pink… but I have to say, that kirin is REALLY nice.
The newest pieces are quite lovely. Can’t wait to see the Melody keeper dragonmedley. 🙂 Looks like only 5 more swap pieces to go. 🙂

I was sooo tempted to put some sparklies (not glitter exactly, but this sparkle enamel – they only shine from a certain point of view) on mine, too. e.e I think they are delightful. I <3 shiny things. But couldn't remember who it was that said they hated sparkles. @.@; And of course I couldn't ask, lol~ So I didn't. t.t *regret, regret* I did put sparkles on the COA though. 😀 Haha!

Hum, looks like glitter doesn’t it? Actually it’s not glitter, it’s stippled green paint. I thought it was glitter as well at first. There’s even little tiny tiny flowers painted onto some of the scales as well. It’s very well done. I need to get a detailed photo of the scales. They are amazing.
I would love to see a bigger picture of the kirin and painting! It looks just stunning!!! I can’t wait to see Melody’s piece! Congrats everuone! I LOVE all of them so far!!
Congrats..I really like the vines on the Ki rins scales… 😉 and ditto on wanting to see Melody’s piece… 🙂

I’ll have to post the picture she sent me of it when it was inprogress to give you an idea when I get home tomorrow from work. I never saw it finished, but even half done it was very impressive!

Dreamscape, Orion, Poison Dart, Fireberry, Spangler + Tigerberry Dragonslol there is NO glitter 😀 they’re supposed to be green bushy vines. I had this idea that the kirin fell asleep in bush and woke up and was trailing vines as it walked out. I tried to make the flowers a little hidden so that in case you didn’t like flowers, they weren’t totally noticable.
The “pink” was supposed to be light purple 🙁 I suck at mixing colors. I should have just used Lavander, but it wouldn’t have given me the pearly metallic look.
