How to make Copyright funny

I thought I would share this amusing and informative link. Those of you with a DA account might have seen it already. For those of us that are artists in other areas previously or have been painting the pyo’s for a while, you’ve probably come into acquaintance with that whole copyright/trade dress thing.

Well this has got to be the most funny, and amusing talk I’ve heard given on the subject! I watched the whole video, and it was pretty funny, as well as being very informing.

This specifically had to do with Fan Art, what the issues involved with that are. But the discourse definitely covers more than just that.
