I want cleavage!! Sadly I find my spare tire collects midden far better than my cleavage……when I was younger (and thinner) I always wanted bigger but now that my body as a whole is bigger which added in size to what I DID want I realize I should have just kept my mouth shut.

I sure hope not. She seemed alot more …sane today. It was a really weird set up, but we’re bidding anyway. It’s too good of a deal to pass up. Even if they counter offer full price we can still take it so if we don’t get this house then I’ll have to assume the god’s are aspiring against me! LOL!

BAH! They are making things VERY difficult. The denied out offer so we put another in today for full price, but for them to pay the closing costs. Also they said WE have to get the tenant out. Things are looking grim….*grumble*

I think this will put us into the 20s in how many houses we have bid on that haven’t gone through for one reason or another.

I would not go through with the deal unless THEY get the tenant out. That could get very ugly and messy. Not to mention, she might cause all kinds of damage before she leaves. If they want to sell, they should make sure the premises are vacated!!! 👿

I totally agree! And the house should be in the same condition when you’re handed the keys as it was when your offer was accepted — otherwise the current owners are liable for any damage which occurred.
