Looking at 3 new listings today. Yhey all look really promising. Something funny too, about 2 weeks ago, my sister talked to a supposed physcic at her resturaunt and she said that on March 28th we should be signing a purchase and sales agreement. That would be cracked if it came true! 😯

Wouldn’t that be messed up? It was a really weird and ….kind of disturbing today. We saw 3 houses and all 3 have a story!
The first house we saw…the realitor has been ducking us for like 2 weeks. She had a death in the family and got hospitalized for *we thought* phnumonia. Bad luck all around. When we pulled up to the house she came out and my sister was like. “Wow, she looks like a crackhead” I kinda laughed at first, but she looked very…unprofessional to say the least. I thought he hair was all crazy and bunched up to one side it was actually gone. When we actually got out of the car and walked up to her she was all busted up like she got the crap kicked out of her and we felt like jerks. Her neck was all black and blue and she had like this dirty jog suit on. Then our realitor ended up asking what happened and (about 2 days ago there was this big thing in our local news of a woman being beaten at the package store/gas station about walking distance from my house) and it was HER! My sister and I saw all the cop cars but didn’t know exactly what happened the night it all went down. I couldn’t believe it, it was awful. She only lives down the street from us and witnessed a drug deal so she got beat down by the kids who she saw dealing the drugs cause she said she was going to call the cops. Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I can’t wait to get out of this city.
Then the 2nd one was SUPPOSED to be an empty forclosure on a lock box, but when we got there there was an SUV in the driveway. We went inside and the lock box was opened and the house was wide open. So out realitor is yelling “Hello, hello?” and there was nothing. We had an appointment so we went in and didn’t see anyone. We looked at the downstairs until and then made our way upstairs and heard water running. So yea, there was a couple taking a shower together on the 2nd floor! LOL! They even left the bathroom door wide open so we could hear everything! You couldn’t NOT hear it, even if you tried not to. So that was a sure sign of RUNAWAY!
Then we really liked the last house, but it was a last minute thing. The house was just listed today and it AWESOME for the price! We wanted to jump on it ASAP before it’s too late, but the tenant downstairs is CRAZY! She was ranting at the ceilings when we were walking upstairs about us kicking her and her son out on the street. We hadn’t even been there 5 minutes and she opened her door and was yelling about how we had some nerve wanting to see her unit on the first day it was on the market and how we just want to throw her out. After she said she’d burn the house down before we kicked her out we thought it best to go back tomorrow, hehe. The selling agent said she has no lease and has been in the process of being evicted but it’s difficult when kids are involved I guess and she’s fighting it.
What a weird day!

They have been known to mesmorize and distract most women too….Ask Whippet! ROFLMAO Actualy most of the females I know like to use them for pillows… 😕 Then Louis has to come and beat them off….ROFLMAO
