Hope so, we’re actually checking with our morgage broker to see if the guy “actually” put the bid in. He’s a real jerk and something is a little weird about the whole situation.
I’m looking at a house in my town tomorrow. A new listing, still a bit out of my price range, but it’s two 4 bedroom units so I’m curious. Plus I thinkI’ve looked at EVERY house in a 40 mile range over the past year so I’m out of options for a while. 😆
