Hey Drag0n!!! What’s the latest with the house hunt? You may have said somewhere in one of the threads, but I’ll probably never find it. 😆
LOL! Yea, I totally took over one of the threads in the Ask Melody section, but I forget which one now. I’m putting a bid in on another one on Monday, but I’m not too hopeful. It’s a really nice 2 family, but it is CRAZY overpriced. They was 339,000 for it and I’m going to bid 270 and hope they come back at 300 or something so I can finagle something in between. Still, even at 280 (which is basically my max) it will still be over 2,000 a month morgage! YIKES!
I just think it’s a no go because my realitor called inquiring why it was so highly priced for a forclosure and he said if we don’t plan on bidding over 300 then to not waste his time. …whatta jerk!

I would LOVE to move to another state!!!! I have been trying to convice my sister for MONTHS!!! She is totally against it and says she’ll be in MA forever and my boyfriend wants to move to Conneticut so he can be near the casino so that’s a big NO! LOL
I want to move to CA, but that’s even more expensive then MA.

She’s too smart for me. Plus, she’s such a homebody, she makes me look like a party animal. I don’t think she would survive moving somewhere new where she would have to learn all new street names and god forbid she have to go to a different supermarket. LOL

Yeah, the house prices are outrageous…but I think the Bay Area is a great place to live.
Tell her it is easy to live in Utah street wise. The houses are cheaper as well. Or you could just pack up everything and kidnap her. 😆
I wanna go move to California and paint for Windstone *whines* That would be awesome! Then I paint with Nam and play with Emus. Like a dream come true, LOL!
Truth is I will probably end up either stayng in this town (against my better judgement) or end up in Brockton which is the “projects” of Massachusetts. If I ever could convince either my sister or my boyfriend to move out of state Hawaii would be my second choice 😆

But Nam doesn’t live in CA, I don’t think. That would be awesome to paint for them, then you could tell your mother the whys and what fors. Hawaii is also expensive tho.
