The hippocampus is a Paint-Your-Own sculpture, which means that they are sold unpainted. The buyer paints the sculpt, not Windstone. You also can commission someone to paint the piece for you. Several talented painters on the Forum accept commissions.
There are hippocampi (hippocampuses?) in the store at the moment if you want to buy one and either paint it yourself or have someone create the design you want.
