All the way through. I feel so sorry for people who work in retail.
Of course, I could add my own dumb customer stories. Like the friendly fellow two weeks ago.Him: “Hi, I’m moving out at the end of November. What do I do?”
My boss: “Have you written to cancel the rental contract on your apartment?”
Him: “I have to do that?”
