:hi: Hello I just wanted to say happy halloween to everyone…… be safe and have fun!
Happy Halloween!!! Part of my trip out to Cape Cod was for some family history research and low and behold the family “oral history” that says we descend from witches persecuted during the Salem Witch Trials are true 😮 😮 😀 My family line descends through John and Mary Proctor who were tried and convicted for witchcraft. John was executed but Mary was pregnant at the time so her execution was delayed until the baby was born. Mary somehow managed to escape and have the baby (named John for his father) and we come through that line. So now I can proudly display the following –
Another interesting side note is that all the locals – and I do mean ALL – avoid Salem, Mass. in October like the plague. If you have somewhere else you can go/be you leave – period. After All Hallows Eve the locals return but it’s a huge mass exodus leading up to Halloween 😮

Hey I hope everyone had a great (and safe!) Halloween! Scott and I went trick-or-treating with his nieces and nephews- we were dressed up with our own candy bags too! Between the two of us we have enough candy to get us into next year! (Or at least until Thanksgiving anyway! :D) Yes we’re goobers like that. 8)
