Peg what is the red one in you siggie??
Likes to pounce on insects??DM, that is a dragon you get only through breeding. You have to breed the egg with the description “this egg has brightly colored markings on it” with a red dragon to get that dragon. There are other dragons you breed that egg with to get different dragons, too, like the green and blue versions of this dragon.
what dragon does the Strange color marking Egg turn out to be??June 2, 2009 at 1:32 pm #671318Dragon Master wrote:purpledragonclaw wrote:Dragon Master wrote:Peg what is the red one in you siggie??

You should remember “This egg has strange markings on it.” Those are still the same as they have been for a while. You have adults of both types on your scroll.
The new egg I was talking about says “This egg has brightly colored markings on it.” Something totally different.
June 3, 2009 at 4:35 am #671319Vicats’ striped draggies are still an elusive breast to me…I keep trying to snag one :
You supposedly get the white from the cave, then breed to a blue/red/green dragon to get the other colors. I’m not sure which other colored dragon will make the formula work, but either way, you should have plenty of fun 😀btw guys/gals, TJ put up a news post saying that there may be more downtime in the future…it seems the host is having issues with the immense bandwidth. 🙄

June 3, 2009 at 1:40 pm #671320That explains the molasses speed of the cave these past few days. Nakase, what are vicats?

Vicats is the name of the Spriter who created the Striped dragons.

is the brightyly colored markings the Green and Oragne one??June 5, 2009 at 5:27 pm #671324No, that’s “strange markings.” The “brightly colored markings” is currently in my signature: white with hard-to-see yellow stripes.

There are actually four different “brightly colored markings” eggs. I have two in my signature right now. So with your white egg that shows three of the variations on that particular egg. The fourth variation is red with stripes. All of the “brightly colored markings” egg/dragons are the same species, they just come in different colors.
The two eggs that have “strange marking” are two separate species: a mostly green dragon with orange markings and an aqua dragon with white markings.
June 5, 2009 at 6:45 pm #671326I’m getting lost with so many of them now

Just remember the colors on an egg are always taken from the adult dragon of the same type.

And only the white “brightly colored markings” egg is available during drops, and in the abandoned section. If other colored “brightly colored markings” eggs have been in the abandoned section, I have not seen them.
