        Taco Soup

        2 cans of ranch style beans 15 0z each
        1 can of ranch style pinto beans 15 oz
        1 can of diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
        1 can of peeled green chiles “diced” 4 oz
        1 can of sweet corn 15 oz
        1 can of hunts tomato sauce 8 oz
        1 package hidden valley ranch “seasoning & salad dressing mix”
        1 package of taco spices & seasoning
        1 package (1 lbs) of lean hamburger or ground turkey
        1 medium onion CHOPPED
        1 green bell pepper Chopped

        Cooking
        1. In a LARGE skillet, brown one pound of ground beef until fully cooked; drain grease. Add chopped onion and bell pepper.
        2. Add seasonings and spices, 1/2 to 2/3 cup of water, add beans Undrianed, diced tomatoes Undrained, corn Undrained, green chiles, tomatoe sauce.
        3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occassionaly.
        Serves about 10 to 12!

        Serve and ENJOY!

        I usually brown the meat and cook the onions and bell peppers together… and in a separate Large and deep pan start the other stuff! It makes A LOT!

        Serve with corn bread or crakers! Its pretty good stuff!

                That sounds yummy I live by myself with my dog and would like to know if it freeze well? My b/f is around quite a bit but still only two people.

                  I have never tried freezing it. It turns out pretty thick so I guess you could freeze it!I guess put it in those bowl size plastic bowls by glad or ziplock… πŸ˜‰

                    Does this have the consistency of Chili? It sounds great and I would love to try it with some tortilla chips if the consistency is right. I guess I am trying to ask if it can be used as a dip.
