Why did you become involved in setting up such beautiful Art How. When Pina started producing? And a whole lot of interesting things. How does this happen? As podbirayutsya color? Is there any stores in Europe?

Here is a brief history of Windstone:
My husband John Alberti, and I, along with our friend, Mark Hines, started casting and selling gypsum animals in 1984.
Or trying to.
The first sculptures I did didn’t sell very well –
but I sculpted a little hatching dragon. He sold VERY well, so we changed the subject matter of our line to fantasy.
Since then, I have been sculpting mostly fantasy animals. The quality and finish has evolved over time.
These are original sculptures that I make by starting with clay. The clay model is then cast into gypsum( dense plaster) and detailed. We make many molds from the final model which are used to duplicate the sculpture. The cast sculptures are hand painted, and airbrushed with acrylic paint. We have a studio/factory with several painters, casters and others working on creating these.
I don’t know the term “podbirayutsya”. What is that?
I don’t think we hve any dealers in Europe any more but I am not sure. We did sell these sculptures all over the world at one time, but the real gift stores have mostly closed, so now we sell most of our pieces directly from our website store. We ship world wide.November 2, 2025 at 7:35 am #1702141Thank you for sharing your history and production on these beautiful fantasy figures. I have loved these since they appeared in mall gallery/framing shops back years ago. I have several of your catalogs that included the gargoyles and dinosaur hatchlings. Truly beautiful and cool to watch the videos showing the painting process and care put into each cast made. You are blessed!
