In an instance like this there really needs to be feedback. I’m just sorry that you’ll have to figure out how to “Let me ‘splain. [pause] No, there is too much. Let me sum up.” this in only 80-90 characters (including spaces).

Buyers like this is the reason I quit selling on Ebay. Too many irrational people that are more than willing to just bite your head off instead of checking whom they are writing to and what the situation is first.
